ThoughtStream Beta Disclaimer
Last updated: May 2026
ThoughtStream is currently offered by SoulTechLabs as a paid beta / early access service. Beta access is intended for testing, prototyping, feedback, early evaluation, and non-critical memory compression workflows.
ThoughtStream is still under active development. Features, limits, outputs, performance, pricing, billing structure, token accounting, compression credit calculations, and availability may change during the beta period.
Beta access does not guarantee future access, production access, commercial access, unchanged pricing, unchanged limits, or continued availability.
Beta Status
ThoughtStream is an experimental memory compression system. It is designed to help convert long memory files, archives, notes, logs, and structured context into compressed outputs such as kernels, blooms, and reports.
During beta, SoulTechLabs may update, modify, add, remove, rename, or replace features at any time.
Beta features may behave differently across versions of the Hub, API, website, or related tools.
ThoughtStream beta access is provided for early use and feedback. It should not be treated as a finalized production service.
Plans, Credits, and Access
Paid beta accounts receive a monthly compression credit or token allowance based on the selected plan.
Current beta plans may include:
Basic — 225,000 credits/month
Plus — 400,000 credits/month
Pro — 1,000,000 credits/month
Plan limits, credit calculations, reset periods, pricing, included features, and discount structures may change as the beta develops.
Compression credits may be consumed whenever a compression request is submitted to the ThoughtStream compression engine. This may include preview runs, test runs, single-file conversions, batch conversions, API calls, Hub requests, or other actions that process text through ThoughtStream.
A preview is still a compression request. If the compression engine processes the text, usage may count toward your plan limit even if you do not replace, save, export, or keep the resulting output.
Unused credits may not roll over unless explicitly stated.
SoulTechLabs may change, reduce, pause, suspend, or revoke access to protect the service, prevent abuse, correct billing or usage errors, maintain system stability, or enforce plan limits.
Billing and Payments
Paid beta subscriptions are processed through Stripe or another authorized payment provider.
By purchasing a beta plan, you understand that ThoughtStream is still in active development and may change during the subscription period.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew monthly until canceled.
Users are responsible for managing their subscription, payment method, and cancellation through the available checkout, billing, or account tools.
Refunds may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, especially for duplicate payments, billing errors, failed key delivery, or cases where paid access was not successfully provided.
SoulTechLabs does not guarantee refunds for used beta access, consumed credits, completed compression requests, or dissatisfaction with experimental outputs.
Pricing, plan names, plan limits, discounts, prepaid options, and included features may change before or after public release.
No Production Guarantee
ThoughtStream beta access is not intended for critical production systems.
Do not rely on ThoughtStream beta for emergency services, medical decisions, legal decisions, financial decisions, safety systems, regulated workflows, compliance obligations, permanent records retention, or any use where failure, delay, data loss, incorrect output, or service interruption could cause harm.
ThoughtStream is a compression and transformation system. It is not a permanent storage service, legal archive, official backup system, compliance system, or records-retention platform.
Users are responsible for keeping their own original files, backups, records, and source materials.
No Sensitive Data
Do not submit sensitive, private, regulated, confidential, or high-risk information into ThoughtStream beta unless you have written permission from SoulTechLabs and are certain your use is appropriate.
This includes, but is not limited to:
-
Medical or health information
-
Legal records
-
Financial account information
-
Passwords, API secrets, or private keys
-
Government IDs
-
Highly personal information
-
Proprietary business secrets
-
Data covered by privacy, employment, education, healthcare, financial, or government regulations
-
Data you do not have permission to process
Users are responsible for the content they submit.
Do not submit API keys, passwords, private credentials, or secrets into the compression field. ThoughtStream API keys should only be entered where specifically requested by the Hub, website, API documentation, or authorized SoulTechLabs tools.
Experimental Output
ThoughtStream compresses and may reconstruct text through linguistic, symbolic, structural, and algorithmic processing.
Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, altered, compressed, expanded, transformed, truncated, misformatted, or unsuitable for a specific use.
Users are responsible for reviewing all outputs before using, sharing, storing, publishing, replacing, importing, or relying on them.
SoulTechLabs does not guarantee:
-
Perfect meaning preservation
-
Exact reconstruction
-
Token savings in every case
-
A specific compression ratio
-
Accuracy of bloomed or reconstructed text
-
Compatibility with every model, app, memory system, or workflow
-
Continuous uptime or uninterrupted service
-
Error-free operation
-
Preservation of formatting, structure, metadata, tone, or intent in every case
ThoughtStream typically aims for meaningful compression, and observed results may often fall within a 30–40% compression range depending on file type, content density, selected mode, and system behavior. Results may vary.
File Handling and Backups
ThoughtStream tools may create raw backups, compressed outputs, reports, blooms, kernels, or related files depending on the selected workflow.
Users are responsible for reviewing outputs before replacing or modifying any memory file.
During beta, users should keep independent backups of all original files before using ThoughtStream.
SoulTechLabs is not responsible for files that are deleted, overwritten, misplaced, altered, corrupted, or lost due to user action, local device issues, third-party tools, file permissions, incorrect folder selection, failed exports, system errors, or beta software behavior.
API Keys and Access
API keys are issued for the purchasing user or approved tester only. Do not sell, share, publish, expose, or transfer your API key.
Users are responsible for keeping API keys secure.
SoulTechLabs may suspend, rotate, limit, or revoke API keys that are misused, shared publicly, used to overload the service, used for abusive activity, used to bypass limits, used for unauthorized resale, or used outside the intended beta scope.
If you believe your API key has been exposed, compromised, or misused, contact SoulTechLabs as soon as possible.
Usage Limits and Service Protection
SoulTechLabs may enforce request limits, file size limits, word limits, token limits, compression limits, batch limits, rate limits, or other usage restrictions.
SoulTechLabs may reject, delay, throttle, pause, or block requests that exceed available credits, exceed file size limits, appear abusive, threaten service stability, or fall outside intended beta use.
If a request exceeds available compression credits, users may need to reduce file size, wait for the next billing cycle, purchase a different plan, or upgrade if available.
Usage displays in the Hub, website, API, or account tools may be approximate during beta and may change as tracking improves.
Prepaid API Keys
Prepaid API keys, one-time token packs, or credit cards may be offered in the future.
If prepaid access becomes available, prepaid limits, expiration dates, key delivery, credit usage, refund eligibility, and supported features may differ from subscription access.
Unless explicitly stated, prepaid API keys are not currently guaranteed as part of any subscription plan.
Feedback and Testimonials
By providing feedback, suggestions, bug reports, performance notes, integration notes, testing examples, or feature requests, you allow SoulTechLabs to use that feedback to improve ThoughtStream.
SoulTechLabs may use anonymous or summarized feedback for product improvement, internal analysis, public product descriptions, documentation, marketing, or roadmap planning.
SoulTechLabs will ask before publicly using your name, company name, logo, identifying testimonial, or personally identifying story.
You agree that feedback you provide may be used by SoulTechLabs without compensation, ownership claim, or obligation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Third-Party Services
ThoughtStream may rely on third-party services such as payment processors, hosting providers, email delivery tools, analytics tools, API infrastructure, or other software services.
SoulTechLabs is not responsible for outages, delays, failures, policy changes, fees, data handling, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
Use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms, policies, and privacy practices.
No Warranty
ThoughtStream beta is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
SoulTechLabs makes no warranty that the beta service will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, preserve all data, produce accurate results, remain available, remain compatible with your workflow, or be free of bugs, errors, downtime, or security issues.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoulTechLabs is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, lost business opportunities, service interruption, incorrect outputs, failed compression, failed reconstruction, billing interruption, API downtime, local file issues, or reliance on beta outputs.
Your use of ThoughtStream beta is at your own risk.
